Wes Bass

Wes brings a lifetime of hands-on experience to A&W Refacing, starting in the trades at just 10 years old working alongside his father in hardwood flooring. That early foundation built a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and doing the job right the first time.Today, he carries that same work ethic into every project, taking pride in transforming kitchens and delivering results that homeowners genuinely love. When the work is done, nothing matters more than seeing the reaction on a customer’s face. Outside of work, Wes is a proud father of four and values the same sense of home and family he helps create for his clients.
